Perugia Sandblast is a strong, heavy contemporary pattern, with thick tapered handles that widen to a rounded end, dull finish. The dinner knives have a serrated cutting blade. Made in Portugal. Made in a heavy weight, and in the larger Continental size (the soup spoons especially are quite oversized). Premium 18/10 quality, dishwasher safe. Also available in a Shiny finish or a unique Black or Chocolate finish.

What is .925 Sterling Silver?
The Short Answer:
Sterling silver consists of at least 92.5 percent silver and 7.5% percent of other metals like copper, nickel, or both. The reason for this is Pure Silver or Fine Silver, is very soft and very malleable making it easy to damage or bend. Other metal alloys like copper or nickel are added to the silver to make a more durable piece.
