Oneida Nottingham Stainless Flatware
The Nottingham stainless steel flatware pattern by Oneida features a twist on the classic beaded design. Nottingham silverware features beading only around the lower portion of the handle, rather than around the entire handle. Where the beading ends, there is a perfectly portioned groove into the side of each handle which is a wonderful design element. In a sea of beaded silverware patterns, Nottingham is a breath of fresh air. Nottingham is crafted from 18/10 stainless steel, is dishwasher safe and suited for everyday use.

What is .925 Sterling Silver?
The Short Answer:
Sterling silver consists of at least 92.5 percent silver and 7.5% percent of other metals like copper, nickel, or both. The reason for this is Pure Silver or Fine Silver, is very soft and very malleable making it easy to damage or bend. Other metal alloys like copper or nickel are added to the silver to make a more durable piece.
