The Perspective flatware pattern is designed with the squared body, and a "collar" at the top of the handle, which mimics the effect of a hollow handled pattern. The design originated in Scandinavian patterns, but is kept popular by current patterns such as Easton by Oneida and Old Denmark by Yamazaki.
However, the Perspective pattern distinguishes itself with an overall larger size than its peers, and a much lower price that the first two. Perspective features a shiny finish, full-handled knives, and a heavy weight.
