Sambonet Gio Ponti Matte Stainless Flatware
The Sambonet Gio Ponti Matte stainless steel flatware pattern is a tribute to the twentieth century Italian designer of the same name. In 1939 the designer himself, Gio Ponti, designed this flatware pattern that features classic, simple lines and a square, straight edge bottom. Another feature is Gio Ponti signature which is embellished on each serrated knife blade. This is a heavyweight pattern. The solid handle knife is especially heavy.
This pattern is also available in a shiny finish.

What is .925 Sterling Silver?

Sterling silver consists of at least 92.5 percent silver and 7.5% percent of other metals like copper, nickel, or both. The reason for this is Pure Silver or Fine Silver, is very soft and very malleable making it easy to damage or bend.
