FAQ: There was a mistake with my engraving. How do I get it fixed?

In the rare event that there is a mistake with the engraving, such as a typo or defect in the engraving please contact us right away. If we are at fault, we will be happy to rectify the problem by sending out a replacement as well as a prepaid label to return the incorrectly engraved piece, though we rarely have mistakes because the engraving is checked by multiple people for accuracy prior to shipment.
