FAQ: Oops, I made a mistake on my order for my engraving, can I still change it?

In some cases, yes! Please call us ASAP so that we can put your order on hold and make the necessary changes. As long as we have not engraved the item yet, changes can be made.

Items that have already been engraved are not returnable for refund or exchange. However, if we have already engraved the piece, there may still be options and we will do our best to help you rectify the situation. Depending on the type of material, some items can be buffed out for re-engraving.
