FAQ: Can I sample more than one pattern at a time?

Most department stores no longer have “ in stock” place settings that you can feel and touch, but WE DO.  You can come in to our store in Kent, Washington and see the product in person or you can have us send you place settings to feel and look at before you make a large purchase. 

You may purchase as many pieces or place settings as you like and if you order over $99 in product, shipping to you is free but you will pay the return shipping.  Return shipping is usually between $10 and $15. Most of our customers feel this process saves so much time and gas by not having to drive to department stores or specialty stores only to find out they don’t have what they are looking for.  If you decide you like one of the patterns and your new purchase will be over $250 non-sale items, we will send you a prepaid return label to return the product to us at no charge to you.

Once you have decided on the pattern you like best contact us by phone or email to let us know what product you will be returning. Once the returned product has been received and processed at our warehouse, a refund will be issued.

Should you choose to purchase a full set from one of the samples ordered you may keep that item and we will then apply that item and the price paid towards your new order.

All sample orders are subject to our standard return and refund policies.
