FAQ: What type of warranty or guarantee do I have?

Each manufacturer has its own warranty for different product lines. For instance, Towle Silversmiths offers a lifetime warranty on all of its sterling silverware against manufacturer defects. Towle also offers a 25-year warranty on all of its stainless steel flatware.

Ask your representative what the warranty is for your particular manufacturer of interest. Of course, the Silver Superstore guarantees the premium condition of every product it sells, and we will exchange any defective item (provided that you purchased it from the Silver Superstore).
